ASUS Chromebook (C424MA-AS48F) Short Review
Specifications - 14 Inch Full HD anti-glare LED backlit display, Intel Celeron N4020 processor, Intel UHD Graphics 600, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, 128 GB eMMC storage, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a MicroSD card reader, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, 3.5mm jack, HD Webcam, Chiclet Spill-resistant Keyboard.
Display - Full HD anti-glare display with 180 degree hinge gives better viewing angle outdoors. A Full HD display in a 200 dollar chromebook is a good spec to consider.
Processor - N4020 processor is a very basic processor just useful for light usage. Not for even medium level of usage. Just normal and light web browsing, checking emails, working without opening many browser tabs etc.
Graphics - Intel Graphics 600 is a basic in-build GPU which is good for display purposes. Not for gaming. Small and light android games can be played like minecraft etc.
RAM - 4 GB of RAM is basic. This RAM is sufficient to work on google suites and web browsing. You may notice lag when opening many web browser tabs or doing RAM intensive work.
Storage - Storage is dependable on the usage. A 128 eMMC storage can be sufficient based on usage. You can use a Micro SD card for more storage.
Battery - ASUS claims about 10 Hours of battery life with a single full charge but we can expect around 8 hours of battery life.
Suited For - Very light usage, for kids, mothers, students whose main use is to watch lecture videos and notes taking.
Not Suited For - Gamers, people who want to use linux, heavy users.
Conclusion
A basic chromebook from ASUS. Best for very light usage.
